“A peaceful environment where you can connect with community and spend a day socialising….”
Centre for Wellbeing allows individuals with a disability the opportunity to build new connections, strengthen their independence, and engage in activities within their community.
As well as building capacity for day-to-day living, Centre for Wellbeing allows participants to stay physically active, try new hobbies, make new friends, develop employment skills, and spend time in a warm and inclusive group setting.
Centre for Wellbeing is managed by a team of highly trained community support workers, who have a positive attitude and are committed to providing excellent Person-Centered care.
